SMS Messaging Policy

Program Description

Danette's List operates a healthcare staffing marketplace that connects dental offices with temporary dental professionals (Registered Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Expanded Function Dental Assistants, Radiographers, and Coronal Polishing professionals). Our SMS program delivers both promotional messages (job opportunity alerts) and transactional/service notifications to users who have created an account and explicitly consented to receive text messages.

Opting in to text messages is optional and is never required to register for, access, or use Danette's List. Users who choose not to receive SMS can still create an account and use every feature of the service — posting and applying to jobs, booking shifts, and receiving email notifications. SMS consent is not a condition of any service, purchase, booking, or transaction.

How Users Opt In (Call to Action)

Users opt in to receive SMS messages through our dedicated public consent form at https://danetteslist.com/sms-opt-in. The same optional, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes also appear on the account registration form, shown directly alongside the phone number field, which the user must affirmatively check. Marketing and transactional consent are collected as two separate checkboxes, and users may opt in to either type, both, or neither. The exact disclosures shown next to the checkboxes are:

"(1) I agree to receive promotional/marketing automated text messages from Danette's List (optional) — promotional texts, e.g., job opportunity alerts. (2) I agree to receive transactional automated text messages from Danette's List (optional) — transactional texts, e.g., booking and shift confirmations, application updates, and account notifications. Both checkboxes are optional and independent. Recurring automated messages (typically 2–15/week). Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or call 866-330-8204. See our SMS Policy, Terms & Privacy Policy."

Both SMS consent checkboxes (promotional and transactional) are unchecked by default and independent.
Users may complete registration without opting in to SMS — consent is not a condition of service.
Users can update their SMS preferences at any time from their account profile page.

Types of Messages You'll Receive

After opting in, users may receive both promotional and transactional SMS in the following categories:

Job match alerts (promotional) for dental professionals notifying them of available open shifts that match their availability and credentials.
Booking and shift confirmations when an office books a professional, including a one-hour response window to confirm.
Shift updates and schedule changes such as time changes or updated shift details.
Arrival instructions such as parking, building entry, and check-in details for a confirmed shift.
Cancellation notices when a shift is cancelled by either party.
Application status updates (approved, declined, completed, paid).
Account and payment notifications (bank verification, ACH disbursement, profile reminders).
Support messages in response to a request for help.

Job confirmation and approval messages may include the Danette's List support number (866-330-8204), which is answered by our AI agent and can transfer to a live representative on request.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies based on user activity, posted shifts, applications, bookings, and user preferences. A dental professional who is actively seeking shifts may typically receive between 1 and 15 messages per week; a dental office may typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per week related to their posted jobs. Users who are inactive on the platform typically receive no SMS messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Danette's List does not charge any fee for SMS messages.

Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

STOP: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
HELP: Reply HELP to any text message to receive contact information for customer support.
You may also opt out at any time by visiting https://danetteslist.com/unsubscribe or by toggling SMS notifications off in your account profile.

Privacy and Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or distribute your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely for service-related communications and are shared only with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
