By accessing or using Danette's List ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. Danette's List is a healthcare staffing marketplace connecting dental offices with dental professionals for temporary staffing assignments.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use this Service. Dental professionals must hold valid, current licenses and certifications required by their state of practice. Dental offices must be legitimate, licensed dental practices.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Danette's List. These messages may include job opportunity notifications and confirmations, application status updates, shift updates and scheduling changes, arrival instructions, cancellation notices, and important service announcements.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, posted shifts, applications, and bookings.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for customer support information.
Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not required to create an account or use Danette's List. SMS consent is not a condition of any service, purchase, booking, or transaction. Users who do not opt in will receive notifications via email. You can change your SMS preferences at any time in your account settings.
Danette's List provides a marketplace platform to connect dental offices with dental professionals. We do not employ the dental professionals and are not responsible for the work performed. We facilitate job posting and discovery, application and matching services, scheduling and communication tools, and payment processing between parties.
Payments for completed work are processed through ACH bank transfers. Dental offices agree to pay the agreed-upon daily rate for completed assignments. Payment processing typically occurs within 3-5 business days after job completion confirmation. Service fees may apply as disclosed during job posting.
Jobs may be cancelled by either party. However, late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time) may result in penalties or partial payment obligations as specified in the job placement agreement signed by both parties.
You agree not to provide false or misleading information, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, harass or harm other users, circumvent the platform to avoid service fees, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Danette's List and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS, THE AVAILABILITY OF JOB OPPORTUNITIES, OR THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED BY DENTAL PROFESSIONALS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DANETTE'S LIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
